22 February 2024, Brgy. Cayaponga, Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental –Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), as the agency mandated by Republic Act No. 10625 to carry out, enforce and administer civil registration functions in the country shall lead all relevant activities in provision of Act No. 3753, otherwise known as the Law on Civil Registry Status.

Madulin conducted Civil Registration Forum, Philsys Step-2 Registration, & Batch Request Entry System (BREQS) at Adventure College of Malita.

Philippine Statistical Office – Davao Occidental headed by Chief Statistical Specialist Jessie A. Madulin kicks-off the registration of children from one (1) year old to four (4) years old. The registration can be initiated through sequential registration in any PhilSys Registration Center (RC).
The Davao Occidental headline inflation increased to 5.6 percent in January 2024 from 5.1 percent in December 2023. In January 2023, the inflation rate was higher at 8.4 percent.
