The total inventory of swine in Davao Occidental recorded at 35,082 heads as of 01 October 2024. This reflects a decline of 3.0 percent compared to the 36,175 heads reported during the same period in 2023.
Malita, Davao Occidental – In observance of the 35th Civil Registration Month with a theme “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System", the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao Occidental facilitated an Orientation on Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2021 on 13 February 2025, at the Davao Occidental Provincial Statistical Office.
Both Vegetables and Rootcrops and Non-Food Industrial Crops (NFICs) recorded an increase in production by 4.58 percent and 0.21 percent, respectively. Meanwhile, Fruitcrops recorded a decrease in production by 0.16 percent compared to last year same period.
