“Awareness for an effective participation”

With the urge to be well-informed and enhance their understanding of the implementation of Republic Act 11055 also known as the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) Act, the Barangay Officials, Barangay Health Workers, Functionaries and Purok Leaders actively engaged in the PhilSys Information and Awareness Campaign. 

As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, PhilSys Information and Awareness Campaign was organized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Statistical Office Davao del Norte (PSO-DavNor) in the different barangays in the province of Davao del Norte. 

This activity aims to deliver timely and relevant information to stakeholders, clients, partners and wider community. It is essential to keep the stakeholders and the public well-informed about the latest developments and initiatives of PSO-DavNor.

Additionally, PhilSys Information Awareness Campaign also involves the participation of the Local Civil Registry Offices, as the partner of PSA in the implementation of civil registration services. 

Following the presentations, Barangay Officials raised various concerns and questions to gain a clearer understanding of PhilSys. 

Simultaneously, PSO-DavNor provides services related to Step 2 Registration, Issuance of printable ePhilID and processing of request for replacement of damaged PhilID cards.
