Davao City – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao del Sur is now accepting registrations for children aged 0 to 11 months old to the National Identification (ID) System.
The PSA is now extending its services to include children aged 0 to 11 months old, further enhancing access to the National ID System for a wider range of the Filipino population.
In order to register children aged 0 to 11 months old, parents or guardians must first be registered in the National ID System. They are required to present any original copy of the following supporting documents of the child:
• Certificate of Live Birth issued by the PSA or Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO)
• Report of Birth issued by the PSA or Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
• Certificate of Foundling or Certificate of Live Birth of Person with No Known Parent issued by the PSA
• Municipal Form No. 102
• Philippine Passport or ePassport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
• Any document showing the complete name of the child, the date and place of birth, and the full name of the parent or guardian.
As of 01 November 2024, a total of 90,738,846 Filipinos have already registered in the National ID System.
The PSA encourages parents or guardians to bring their children to the nearest registration centers, which remains open for walk-in registrations.
