The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao del Sur Provincial Statistical Office officially inaugurated its additional office space located on the 2nd Floor of the JM Agro Building, Gov. Sales St., Davao City on 19 May 2025 (Monday). With the inauguration of its additional office space, PSA Davao del Sur reaffirms its dedication to excellence in public service, embracing innovation, collaboration, and transparency as it continues to serve the Filipino people with integrity and purpose. 

The event started with Holy Mass celebration presided by Rev. Father Junar dela Victoria of Sta. Ana Shrine Parish. It was followed by a ribbon cutting, and the benediction of the office space, which was led by (Chief Statistical Specialist) Officer-in-Charge of PSA Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) XI Randolph Anthony B. Gales and (Supervising Statistical Specialist) Officer-in-Charge Adeline G. Batucan.  

During the program, (Supervising Statistical Specialist) Officer-in-Charge Adeline G. Batucan congratulated the PSA Davao del Sur personnel and employees for their commitment and collaborated efforts to champion this new milestone. She highlighted that this development will be the backbone of providing more relevant and timely statistics, and better civil registration and Philsys services. A message of support was also delivered by ((Chief Statistical Specialist) Officer-in-Charge of PSA Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) XI Randolph Anthony B. Gales, where he highlighted the value of investing in a conducive and future-ready workplace. He also accentuated that the new office space is not merely a place of work—it stands as a testament to what can be accomplished through collective purpose and determination.  

The event concluded with a closing remark from Senior Statistical Specialist Celeste Mae L. Barrete who commended the collaborative efforts of the PSA Davao del Sur personnel in making the event and its objectives a success.
