PSA PSO Davao del Norte officially turned over the 2022 Community-Based Monitoring System Data
The 2022 Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) data was officially turned over to LGU – San Isidro on 18 January 2024, through a Data Turnover Ceremony held at the Conference Room, Municipal Hall, Barangay Sawata, San Isidro, Davao del Norte.
The Data Turnover Ceremony marked the culmination of the collaborative efforts between the PSA Davao del Norte and LGU San Isidro, aiming to provide accurate and comprehensive data for informed decision-making within the municipality. The CBMS serves as a crucial tool in understanding the local dynamics, demographics, and socio-economic conditions, enabling the LGU to formulate targeted policies and programs that address the specific needs of the community.
Highlights of the CBMS results were presented to LGU officials, and department heads and representatives including data on basic services, safety, household food insecurity, school attendance, labor force and employment, housing characteristics, disaster preparedness.
The 2022 CBMS Data Turnover Ceremony is a testament to the commitment of the LGU and the community towards sustainable development and inclusive governance. As the data becomes an integral part of the decision-making process, it is expected to pave the way for targeted initiatives that will enhance the overall well-being of the residents of San Isidro.
