The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), launched the Digital National ID.
    
On 10 June 2024, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) officially rolled out the Digital National ID, marking a significant step towards modernizing and streamlining identification processes in the Philippines.

The PSA also released a public advisory dated 11 June 2024, informing the public, government, and private institutions to accept the Digital National ID as valid and sufficient proof of identity, which can be verified using the National ID check.

The Digital National ID can be accessed online at the official website http://national-id.gov.ph. Verification can be done through the National ID check at http://everify.gov.ph.
