15 March 2023 San Miguel Consolidated Power Corporation, Brgy. Culaman, Malita, Davao Occidental – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao Occidental Provincial Statistical Office headed by Chief Statistical Specialist Jessie A. Madulin, conducted a series of activities on 15 March 2023, at San Miguel Consolidated Power Corporation (SMCPC), Brgy. Culaman, Malita, Davao Occidental. The activities include Civil Registration Forum, Step 2 Registration for Philippine Identification System and Batch Request Entry System, the services of which are requested by San Miguel Consolidated Power Corporation (SMCPC).

The Civil Registration Forum for Personnel and Contractors of SMCPC was held in the afternoon of the same day, while registration for PhilSys and BREQS was ongoing. Supervising Statistical Specialist Munria L. Banto and Registration Officer I Marian Jade M. Caluyan spearheaded the forum. The speakers discussed two topics such as: Basic Concept and Procedures of Civil Registration and Laws Related to Civil Registration and cited examples which were relatable to the participants. After the discussion, the participants raised questions and it was answered by the speakers.

A total of 51 Civil Registry Documents requests were accommodated through Batch Request Entry System and a total of 26 unregistered Personnel of SMCPC were registered in the Step 2 Registration for Philippine Identification System. The Office Heads of the SMCPC were appreciative for the effort made by the PSA as it educates their mind about the process that should be done specifically when it comes to problems with their civil registry documents and for the services rendered by Philippine Statistical Office – Davao Occidental.
