“Empowering the 4Ps Beneficiaries of Davao del Norte”

Due to the issuance of Memorandum by the Department of Social and Welfare Development (DSWD) to register the DSWD program beneficiaries in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). 

This memorandum emphasizes the registration of DSWD program beneficiaries and their children, especially in the 4Ps households to allow a more efficient, targeted and equitable delivery of social protection programs and services.

As a result of the coordinative meeting, different schedules was planned for the entire month of March. Simultaneous schedule was done in the different city/municipality of Davao del Norte.

PhilSys Registration Team (PRT) conducted Step 2 Registration, Issuance of the printable ePhilID and Authentication of PhilID/printable ePhilID. This activity also open the doors of registration for aged 1-4 years old, the family members of the beneficiaries was also registered to the PhilSys. 

Before the start of the registration, the Information Officer I/Focal Person/Registration Center Supervisors will conduct a short briefing of PhilSys information to the 4Ps beneficiaries to avoid double registrations. 

The PRT also answers questions and concerns regarding the implementation of the PhilSys and received request on replacement for damaged PhilID.
