The 35th Civil Registration Month Celebration featured an Outreach Program in partnership with the National Identification Services (NIDS) on February 21, 2025, at Pamongot Elementary School. The event was spearheaded by Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) Jessie A. Madulin and Supervising Statistical Specialist (SSS) Munria L. Banto, together with Registration Officer I (ROI) Marian Jade M. Caluyan. The NIDS team, led by Registration Officer II (ROII) Al-Stephen R. Hervas and Information Officer I (IOI) Shane Mariz R. Escuadra, were also present alongside NIDS field personnel to provide services and assistance to the community.

During the outreach program, ROII Hervas delivered an informative discussion about the National Identification Services (NIDS). He highlighted the salient features of the National ID, emphasizing its importance in streamlining government services and providing a secure, unified form of identification for all Filipinos. He also elaborated on the various formats of the National ID.

ROII Hervas further discussed the recent rebranding of the National ID, aimed at improving public awareness and enhancing service delivery. He outlined the range of services offered by NIDS, including registration assistance, National ID in Paper issuance, and updating/correction of personal information. Additionally, he presented the NIDS latest accomplishments, showcasing the progress made in registering citizens of the province and the continuous efforts to reach remote communities.
