“Widespread of PhilSys Information”

As part of the PSA Provincial Statistical Office-Davao del Norte (PSA PSO-DavNor) commitment to transparency and effective communication, PSA PSO-DavNor desires to provide timely and relevant information to stakeholders, clients, partners, and the wider community. It is essential to keep the stakeholders and the public well-informed about the latest developments and PSA initiatives.

In support of this primary objective, PSA PSO-DavNor conducted a symposium on the government’s central identification platform of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) in the different barangays of Davao del Norte with the target audience of Barangay Elected Officials, Staff, Functionaries, and Purok Leaders.

The Barangay Officials and Staff are the target audience of the symposium to ensure widespread PhilSys information, for these individuals are the ones close to their community.

During the symposium, different topics were tackled to emphasize the implementation of the PhilSys such as the National ID verifier, the Registration Process and Distribution Process, the Processing of Replacement PhilID, and the updating of Demographic Information.

After the symposium, a question and answer portion was also allotted to let the audience asked some clarifications.
