The Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) XI held its Second Quarter Meeting for the year on 04 June 2019 at the Conference Hall of NEDA-RDC XI Center, Davao City.

The following were the business agenda of the meeting: (1) Establishment of Statistical Units and/or Positions in National and Local Entities; (2) Creation of Provincial Statistics Committee (PSC); (3) First Semester 2018 Poverty Statistics; (4) Surveys granted clearance through Statistical Survey Review and Clearance System; (5) 2018 Gross Regional Domestic Product; (6) RSC Award; (7) Updates on Philippine Identification System (PhilSys); and (8) 2018 Census of Philippine Business and Industry (CPBI). The meeting was presided by the NEDA XI Regional Director and RSC XI Chair, Dir. Maria Lourdes D. Lim.

During this meeting, the RSC XI passed and approved four resolutions, to wit:

(1) Enjoining Regional Line Agencies (RLAs), Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs) and Local Government Units (LGUs) of Davao Region to Establish Statistical Units and/or Positions; (2) Enjoining the Provincial Local Government Units and Highly Urbanized City in Davao Region to Establish PSC; (3) Enjoining RLAs, LGUs, GOCCs, Academe, Media and Private Sector in Davao Region to Support the PhilSys; and (4) Enjoining RLAs, LGUs, Academe, Media and Private Sector to Support the 2018 CPBI.
