The reconstituted Regional Statistics Committee (RSC) XI held its first quarter meeting for the year on 01 February 2018 at the Conference Hall, NEDA-RDC XI Bldg., Davao City.

The organizational meeting primarily aimed to discuss the crafting of the Regional Statistical Development Plan of Davao Region for 2018-2023. Other agenda includes the presentation and approval of 2018 RSC XI agenda forecast, discussion and approval of the Core Regional Indicators System of Region XI, presentation of the 2015 Poverty Statistics and presentation and announcement of the newly established PSA XI official website. The meeting was presided by the NEDA XI Regional Director and RSC XI Chair, Dir. Maria Lourdes D. Lim.

During this meeting, the RSC XI passed and approved two resolutions: (1) Creating a Technical Working Group for the Formulation of the Regional Statistical Development Program (RSDP) 2018-2023 of Region XI; and (2) Adoption of the Core Regional Indicators of Davao Region.
