In service to the Filipino people, PSA Serbisyong Angat was in action during the Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) launching in Monkayo, Davao de Oro last 23-24 September 2023. A total of 974 requests of vital documents for the birth/marriage/death certificates and certificate of no record of marriage (CENOMAR) were received by the agency during the successful two-day event for the conduct of the Mobile Batch Request System (BREQS) which aims to provide an efficient and accessible services to the public.
The Mobile BREQS is a scheme authorized by the PSA, allowing partners to receive and fulfill requests for PSA-issued copies and certifications of civil registry documents. In this regard, PSA Davao de Oro took charge of the Mobile BREQS during the “Bagong Pilipinas” launch, ensuring a seamless process for the clients.
In addition to Mobile BREQS, PSA Serbisyong Angat also featured free consultation about civil registration matters in collaboration with the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Monkayo, spearheaded by MCR Estela P. But.
The “Bagong Pilipinas” launch not only highlighted the commitment of PSA Davao de Oro but also showcased the successful partnership with LCRO Monkayo. Together, they have empowered the community with accessible civil registry services.
Below is the breakdown of the vital documents requested during the BPSF:
a. Birth Certificates – 840 requests;
b. Marriage Certificates – 103 requests;
c. Death Certificates – 8 requests; and
d. CENOMAR – 23 requests.
