The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region XI has successfully surpassed its annual target for National ID registration under the National ID System. As of 31 December 2024, a total of 4,670,267 individuals have been registered, exceeding the target of 4,659,382 with a completion rate of 100.23%.

This significant achievement highlights PSA's unwavering commitment to establishing a robust, inclusive, and secure identification system that not only enhances convenience but also strengthens security and reduces identity fraud. This accomplishment is the result of collaborative efforts from Local Government Units, the government, and private sector partners, and dedicated registration personnel who have worked tirelessly to expand access to registration services.

In order to sustain this progress, PSA Region XI remains steadfast in deploying mobile registration teams and further strengthening partnerships with both public and private institutions. To those who have yet to register, PSA Region XI encourages residents to visit their nearest Registration Center and take advantage of this free service. The National ID is a vital document that facilitates easier access to government services, promotes financial inclusion, and contributes to national security.
