15-16 September 2022 – MONTEVISTA. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao de Oro conducted its 2022 Sportsfest and Family Day at Montevista Sports Complex last 15 to 16 September 2022. This two-day event is in celebration of the 9th founding anniversary of PSA. The said activity was participated by the regular and contract of service workers (COSWs) of the provincial office, headed by the new Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Supervising Statistical Specialist (SSS) Nova P. Vicente.

The activity commenced with OIC Vicente giving her opening message wherein she highlighted the essence of camaraderie within colleagues. She also led the participants in reading the Oath of Sportsmanship. The participants were grouped into two teams and the sports played were basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess, and Word Factory. A Tiktok battle was also contended by selected participants who had put their efforts and skills in dancing.

The activity was concluded by the awarding of winners in each sport event. Goodies and a cash prize were given to the overall champion team.
