The Philippine Statistics Authority XI issues the 2024 Regional Data Festival (Mindanao Cluster) Bulletin No. 1 – Call for Papers for the 2024 Regional Data Festival (Mindanao Cluster) on 14-15 October 2024 at Cagayan de Oro City.

The 2024 Regional Data Festival (Mindanao Cluster) carries the theme “Harnessing the Power of Data and Statistics for a Future-ready Filipino and Filipina Youth” emphasizing the ability to harness the power of data and statistics for empowering the Filipino and Filipina youth to create a future that is both bright and resilient in a time of rapid technological advancement and growing global concerns. Towards this end, it is hoped to impart a comprehensive awareness of the role that data and statistics play in formulating policies, evidence-based decision-making, and handling complicated problems.

Statisticians, statistical practitioners, researchers, members of the academe, students, representatives from the media, and other partners from both the government and private sectors will gather for this event to exchange ideas and experiences in the field of statistics.

The PSA XI is now inviting interested paper presenters for the 2024 Regional Data Festival (Mindanao Cluster) to submit entries on the following initial topics:

Interested paper writers/presenters must submit the title/s of the paper/s together with the abstract/s not later than 12 July 2024. The 2024 Regional Data Festival (Mindanao Cluster) Secretariat will send the notice of acceptance/non-acceptance through email by 02 August 2024.
