In line with the commitment on its mandates, the PSA DavNor PSO conducted the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) mobile registration for the Indigenous Peoples Community of Barangay Gupitan, Municipality of Kapalong on 22-23 August 2022. The barangay government offered the session hall as the registration area for the PhilSys Mobile Registration Team (PMRT).
The PhilSys Mobile Registration Team (PMRT) was spearheaded by Chief Statistical Specialist (CSS) Pepito D. Amoyen one (1) Registration Center Supervisors, two (2) Registration Kit Operators, two (2) Screeners and PhilSys Office-Based Personnel.
Since the activity is now on its saturation, the PMRT still successfully registered fifty two (52) registrants into the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) for the two-day activity.
Considering that perchance unregistered individual joins the activity, the PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP) Coordinator was also present.
In lieu of the office social responsibility, DavNor PSO employees and staff also contributed and shared goods for the aforesaid community. A heartfelt social responsibility that DavNor PSO employees extended in a straight-forward manner. Were microfiber cloth, noodles, biscuits and sardines. These were personally handed over by CSS Amoyen to the Barangay Captain Marco Antonio Pupa.
As a result, DavNor PSO paved the way for harnessing ties to stakeholders, as well as to the needy external clients.
