A second level training for accomplishment of Barangay Profile Questionnaire (BPQ) and City/Municipal Local Government Unit (LGU) Data Sheet for the 2022 CommunityBased Monitoring System (2022 CBMS) was conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority-Davao del Norte Provincial Statistical Office (PSA-DavNor PSO) lead by Chief Statistical Specialist Pepito D. Amoyen on June 1-2, 2022 at the Executive Conference Hall, LGU Bldg., San Isidro, Davao del Norte.
The training was conducted in coordination with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Municipality of San Isidro. It was undertaken to orient the mayors and/or city/municipal personnel, punong barangays, secretaries and other barangay officials/staff on how to fill out the 2022 CBMS BPQ and City/Municipal Data Sheet BPQ, and City/Municipal Data Collection. Computer Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) technique will be the primary data collection approach to administer information from the LGU respondent.
The CBMS BPQ is designed to gather data on the characteristics of barangays such as the types of facilities and establishments present in the barangay. On the other hand, the Municipal/City LGU Data Sheet collects information on the infrastructure and non-infrastructure government projects, specifically on the project name or title, budget allocated/cost incurred, status and geographic location.
