The municipality of San Isidro in Davao del Norte is on the go to establish a Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS), as an economic and social tool for the formulation and implementation of poverty alleviation and development programs, which are specific, targeted, and responsive to the basic needs of each sector of the community. The enumeration of households will be done within the two-month period, which commenced last 8 August 2022.

Thirty-seven hired personnel underwent a comprehensive eight-day municipal-level training last 18-26 July 2022, where concepts and definitions relating to the CBMS operations were thoroughly discussed. Discussed likewise during the training, were field operation scenarios, and possible issues and concerns that may arise during enumeration.

The 2022 CBMS is the first CBMS implementation spearheaded by the Philippine Statistics Authority, as mandated by Republic Act No. 11315 or the Community-Based Monitoring System Act signed into law last 17 April 2019 by then President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
