The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XI, Philippine Identification System Registration Centers is now accomodating children and teenagers that ranges from the ages of five (5) to seventeen (17) years old as registrants for Philippine Identification Card.

Parents may register their children and teenagers at the PSA Fixed Registration Center located at the PSA Ango Building, Cabaguio Avenue, Davao City for their biometric information (i.e., finger print, iris scan and front facing imagine). They may also register through the PhilSys mobile registration in the various barangays around the region.

Parents or guardians of the registrants are advised to bring at least one of following documents as proof of the child’s identity:

1. Original Birth Cerificate of the child;

2. Passport;

3. Valid ID or certificate such as the Barangay ID, Barangay Clearance/Certificate, and City/Municipal ID which contains their front facing photograph, full name, permanent address, date of birth and signiture/thumbmark; or

4. School ID of the child for the current school year with the Original PSA Birth Cetificate.
