The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet - Davao City will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED on 12 May 2023 (Friday) at 12:00 NOON until 17 May 2023 (Wednesday) in preparation for system enhancement.

 

The CRS outlet is expected to resume its operations on 18 May 2023 (Thursday).

 

Clients may still opt to avail of their Civil Registry Documents (CRDs) and Certifications through the following channels:

 

1. Book an appointment at PSA Tagum City CRS Outlet via appointment.psa.gov.ph.

2. PSA-authorized online channels: PSA Serbilis (psaserbilis.com.ph) or PSA Helpline (psahelpline.ph)

3. Walk-in at any accredited Batch Request System (BREQS) partners at Local Government Units and SM Business Centers.
